List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 green and red pepper cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tin pineapple chunks (14 0z) drained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinigar
Instructions
- Roll hamburger into meat balls, brown in a little oil.
- In a large pot add stock, peppers, and pineapple chuncks. Cover and simmer 5 min. Add meat balls, simmer 4 more min. Add cornstarch, sugar, juice, vinigar and soy sauce, stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
