    Oriental Meat Balls

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs hamburger
    • 1/2 cup chicken stock
    • 1 green and red pepper cut into chunks
    • 3 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tin pineapple chunks (14 0z) drained
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup vinigar


    Instructions


    1. Roll hamburger into meat balls, brown in a little oil.

    2. In a large pot add stock, peppers, and pineapple chuncks. Cover and simmer 5 min. Add meat balls, simmer 4 more min. Add cornstarch, sugar, juice, vinigar and soy sauce, stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
