    You can impress drop in company with this grilled cheese
    Excellent
    Serves 2
    I doubled this for 4 of us.

    List of Ingredients




    4 slices bread
    2 cheese slices
    mayonnaise
    1 tomato sliced
    2 slices honey ham
    1 egg beaten with a little milk
    salt pepper
    butter

    Recipe



    Spread mayonnaise on each side of buttered bread.
    Add ham slice cheese slice. top with tomato slices.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Put top on sandwich. beat egg with milk and pour into pie plate. Dip both sides of sandwich into mixture and cook both sides on a butter grill or frying pan until cheese melts and bread is browned.
    Double this for 4 people
