    List of Ingredients

    2 cups vinigar
    2 cups water
    2 -3 cups sugar
    1 lemon sliced
    Cooked beets

    Recipe

    Spice bag
    1 tbsp whole cloves
    2 tsp all spice
    1 tbsp cinnamon

    Tie spices in bag.
    Bring everything except beets to a boil including spice bag
    simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Slice hot beets in hot jars and pour brine over beets till jars are full.
    Seal jars
