This is so good I use it on special occasions
List of Ingredients
12 cups preboiled corn
1 pound butter (not margarine)
1 pint whipping cream
1 cup white sugar
Recipe
Blanch corn 10 minutes
Remove from cob
Put in food processor a minute to chop some.
Mix all ingredients in roaster.
Bake 325 oven for 45 minutes
Stir often as this will burn easy.
Cool well. Put in baggies or containers and freeze
