    Very moist and a good way to use zucchini.
    Marylin made this and Paul liked it so much he asked for the recipe

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup oil
    1 3/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 1/2 cup flour
    4 tbsp cocoa
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon and cloves
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1/2 cup sour milk
    1/4 cup chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Mix butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add chocolate chips last. Bake cake in a 9 x 13 pan in 325 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
