    Mable used to make this for her tarts and pies all the time and this crust was very good.

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/4 cups flour
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup ice water

    Recipe



    Stir flour and salt together with fork stir in oil
    drizzle in water a bit at a time till pastry clumps together
    Gather in 2 balls. Flatten ball on wax paper put another wax paper on top and roll between the wax paper
