    this makes 3 double crust pies or 6 pie shells

    List of Ingredients




    5 cups flour
    2 tsp salt
    2 cups lard
    1 tbsp vinigar
    1 egg
    water

    Recipe



    Combine flour, salt, cut in lard,
    In measuring cup mix egg and cinigar. add water to make up to one cup
    Gradually add the liquid
    Add only enough to make dough stick together
    Makes 3 double pie crusts
