    Rhubarb Crumble Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup sugar
    3 tbsp flour
    1 egg beaten
    4 cups rhubarb
    1 pie shell
    2 tbsp butter

    Recipe

    Crumb topping
    3/4 cup flour
    1/3 cup Brown sugar
    1/3 cup butter


    In bowl mix flour, sugar, salt. whisk egg till smooth. Add rhubarb toss to coat. Put in pie shell dot with butter.
    Mix crumb topping and sprinkle on top of pie
    Bake 425 oven 10 minutes then 350 oven till topping is brown about 40 minutes more.
