    Mesa Salad or Pistacio Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 16 oz. tin chunky pineapple
    • 1 - 8 oz. tin crushed pineapple
    • 1 sm.pk. instant pudding (pistacio)
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup nuts
    • 1 cup cocoanut
    • 12 to 16 oz whip topping
    • 1 cup mini marshmallows


    Instructions


    1. In large bowl mix 2 kinds of pineapple and sprinkle pudding on top, gently mix and let sit 3 min.Mix nuts and cocoanut and fold into mix. Fold whip topping and marshmallows in.

    2. Put in fridge 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
