This special collection of old family favorite recipes was passed down by our southern Mothers, Grandmothers and Great-grandmothers in the family. These recipes are some of our favorites, and have been enjoyed for many years in our family. We have always heard that TV caused violence, but that's not true. In the Mizell family it wasn't TV, it was food! As they all have hearty appetites and plenty of competition at the dinner table. They know that if they don't eat it, somebody else will! Most always, the last meal they ate, was the best meal they ever had!
