    Tea Syrup

    List of Ingredients


    • 22 Family sized tea bags
    • 5 pounds plus 1/4 bag sugar
    • 2 Bags of Ice in cooler


    Instructions


    1. In large roaster pan, boil tea and water 2 minutes. Set for 10 minutes. Drain tea into container with sugar and stir well.

    2. Pour in a gallon milk jug with a funnel. Pour remaining tea syrup into gallon size pitcher.

    3. Use 3 cups tea syrup to the gallon of tea. Add water to fill gallon pitcher. Will serve 60 to 80 people.
