Tea Syrup

- 22 Family sized tea bags
- 5 pounds plus 1/4 bag sugar
- 2 Bags of Ice in cooler
Instructions
- In large roaster pan, boil tea and water 2 minutes. Set for 10 minutes. Drain tea into container with sugar and stir well.
- Pour in a gallon milk jug with a funnel. Pour remaining tea syrup into gallon size pitcher.
- Use 3 cups tea syrup to the gallon of tea. Add water to fill gallon pitcher. Will serve 60 to 80 people.
