Sugar 5 t. baking powder 3/4 t. salt 4 eggs, beaten with fork 1 C. milk 2 T. cooking oil Instructions Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Add eggs, milk and oil and mix well. Fill well greased pan 3/4 full. Bake at 425º for 25 - 35 minutes. For crackling corn bread, add cracklings (fried fresh pork skins).
