    Strawberry Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 recipe of One, Two, Three, Four Cake with 16 oz. drained frozen strawberries added (save juice), baked in large sheet cake pan and cooled.
    • Strawberry Icing:
    • 1/2 cup soft butter
    • 4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
    • 5 - 6 T. strawberry juice
    • 1/4 t. salt
    • 1 t. vanilla flavoring


    Instructions


    1. Beat butter in mixer bowl and add confectioners sugar, 5 or 6 T. strawberry juice, salt and vanilla and blend.

    2. If icing is too thin, add a little more confectioners sugar. If icing is too thick, add a little more juice.

    3. Score top of sheet cake in squares with knife, and spread iceing on cake. Cover cake to keep moist.
