    Philadelphia Cream Cheese


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 8 oz, pkg. cream cheese
    • 5 C. sifted confectioners sugar
    • 8 T. cocoa
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    • Dash of salt
    • 2 cups chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Cream cream cheese, sugar and salt. Add cocoa and vanilla. Pour in nuts and stir.
    2. Drop by 1 1/2 T. each piece. Place in refrigerator until firm.
