List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 8 oz cans tomato soup
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. oregano
- 1/2 t. basil
- bay leaves
- garlic powder
- 1 8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 8 oz. pkg. sliced or grated mozarella cheese
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/3 C. grated parmesian cheese
Instructions
- Brown beef and drain. Stir in tomato soup and spices. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered. Stir occasionally.
- Cook noodles and drain. In long casserole, alternate layers of 1/3 each noodles, mozarelli cheese, cottage cheese and meat sauce, ending with 1 1/4 C. meat sauce.
- Casserole can be covered and refrigerated several hours before baking, if desired.
- Heat oven to 350º. Bake uncovered 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesian cheese.
