    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bag of ice
    • 1 box ice cream salt. Use more for 5 quart churn.
    • FOR 4 QUART ICE CREAM CHURN:
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 3 cups sweetened fruit ( canned crushed pineapple drained, marichino cherries drained, sweetened strawberrys, sweetened peaches, or chocolate syrup, or leave plain for vanilla)
    • 2 t. vanilla flavoring
    • 1/2 gal. whole milk
    • .
    • FOR 5 QUART ICE CREAM CHURN:
    • 1-1/4 cans evaporated milk
    • 3-3/4 cups sugar
    • 5 eggs
    • 3-3/4 cups fruit
    • 2-/2 t. vanilla falvoring
    • 3/4 gallon whole milk


    Instructions


    1. In blender whip eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla, and sugar, also fruit if fruit is used. Add milk and pour into churn. Fill to almost full with milk and stir good Keep refrigerated until ready to churn.

    2. Stir icecream and place covered churn in bucket and fill around bucket with ice. Pour about 1 box of ice cream salt on ice.

    3. Let churn until firm and motor needs to shuts off. Cover churn with thick towel and let sit until firm. Serve and enjoy!
