List of Ingredients
- 1 bass or snapper
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1 T. cornstarch
Instructions
- Place fish in long pan. Add cornstarch to tomatoes and season. Pour over fish. Slice lemon and onion and place on fish.
- Preheat oven at 375º. Bake 15 to 20 minutes per pound or about 45 minutes until done.
