    Baked Fish

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bass or snapper
    • 1 can tomatoes
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 onion
    • Salt and pepper
    • 1 T. cornstarch


    Instructions


    1. Place fish in long pan. Add cornstarch to tomatoes and season. Pour over fish. Slice lemon and onion and place on fish.

    2. Preheat oven at 375º. Bake 15 to 20 minutes per pound or about 45 minutes until done.
