    Butter Cream Icing

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 C. butter or margarine
    • 4 C. sifted confectioners sugar
    • 4 T. milk
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 2 Tsp. vanilla flavoring


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredients in mixer bowl and beat until desired consistency. Add more milk if icing is too stiff or add more sugar if too thin.

    2. Spread on cooled cake.
