List of Ingredients
- 3 Lbs. country style pork ribs, boneless
- 6 C. water
- Salt and pepper
- 3 C. rice
Instructions
- Place pork and water, salt and pepper in large roaster pot. Stew until tender, for about one hour.
- When tender, pour broth in a bowl and measure 6 cups of broth and pour back into pot.
- Add the rice, bring to a boil and cook on low for about 20 to 30 minutes or until rice is done.
