    List of Ingredients


    • Use 9-inch pie plate and make pastry for a 2 crust pie
    • Preheat oven to 425�
    • Bake for about 35 - 45 minutes or until brown.
    • 4 cups berries washed and drained
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/4 t. salt
    • 1/2 t. cinnamon
    • 2 T. butter
    • 2 T lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Make pastry by "Oil Pastry" recipe in this cook book for double crust pie.

    2. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together and carefully blend through the berries.

    3. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Dot with butter. Spoon lemon juice over top.

    4. Add top crust, seal edges and crimp pie crust. Cut a few slits in top crust and Bake.



    Final Comments


    Let pie cool and serve with ice cream.
