• 2 T. Oil
  
• 1 T. Vinegar
  
• Salt
  
• Pepper
  
• Accent
  
• Oregano
  
• Parmesian cheese
  
• Tomatoes chopped up fine in above ingredients
  
• Scallions
  
• Parsley
  
• Lettuce
  
• Arabian croutons or crutons
  






Instructions



1. Add oil, vinegar and seasonings to salad bowl and mix well. Chop up tomatoes fine in oil mixture. Stir in sliced scallions, parsley and lettuce. Toss until coated, and top with croutons.
