    Macaronni Crabmeat Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. imitation crabmeat
    • 2 C. shell pasta, cooked
    • 2/3 C. celery, chopped
    • 2/3 C. mayonnaise
    • 2 T. lemon juice
    • 1/2 C. frozen garden peas
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
    • 1/2 tsp. thyme


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta; put frozen peas in colander and drain pasta (water from pasta will thaw peas); rinse in cold water. Combine celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, tarragon and thyme. Add crab and pasta: toss to coat.
    2. Servings: 4....POINTS: 4 per serving
