Macaronni Crabmeat Salad

- 1 lb. imitation crabmeat
- 2 C. shell pasta, cooked
- 2/3 C. celery, chopped
- 2/3 C. mayonnaise
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 C. frozen garden peas
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Instructions
- Cook pasta; put frozen peas in colander and drain pasta (water from pasta will thaw peas); rinse in cold water. Combine celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, tarragon and thyme. Add crab and pasta: toss to coat.
- Servings: 4....POINTS: 4 per serving
