Shrimp Salad

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shrimp, washed
- 2 stalks diced celery
- 1/2 Cup pineapple tidbits
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts
- 1 chopped boiled egg, if desired
- 2T. mayonnaise, regular or low fat
- 4 T. coolwhip, regular or low fat
- 2 T. fat free sour cream
- 1 small green onion chopped
- 1 t. lemonpepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingrendients together. If too dry, add more mayonaise. Serve in crousant as a sandwich, or with a salad.
