    Candied Yams

    List of Ingredients


    • Yams, fresh or canned
    • Quite a bit of sugar or Splender
    • 1 stick of margarine
    • Cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Peal yams, cut and boil until tender, or use canned yams. Drain water off.

    2. Add sugar, margarine and cinnamon. Simmer covered on top of stove.
