    List of Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
    • 1/2 medium head cauliflower
    • 1 medium zucchini squash
    • 1 medium yellow squash
    • 3 T. butter or margarine
    • 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
    • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    • 1/4 cup Parmesian cheese

    Instructions

    1. 1. Wash vegetables. Trim broccoli, cut into pieces about 2 1/2 inches long and with stalks about 1/4 inch thick. Arange toward edge of 12 inch glass serving plate with flower ends toward center of dish.
    2. Cut cauliflower into similar sized flowerettes. Place between broccoli stalks.
    3. Slice squash and mound in center of plate. Cover all with plastic wrap.
    4. Combine butter, garlic salt and thyme in glass dish. (Can stand several hours at room temperature.)
    5. 2. Microwave 9 to 11 minutes or until vegetables are just about tender.
