- 1 lb. imitation crabmeat (smoked fish or salmon)
- 1/4 C. finely chopped chives
- 1-2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 C. nonfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 C. light mayonnaise or less
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Separate crabmeat until finely shredded. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Add crabmeat; mix; chill.
Final Comments
Serve with low fat crackers. Yield about 3 cups.
