    Lemon-Crab Spread

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. imitation crabmeat (smoked fish or salmon)
    • 1/4 C. finely chopped chives
    • 1-2 tsp. lemon juice
    • 1 C. nonfat sour cream
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/2 C. light mayonnaise or less
    • 1/2 tsp. salt


    Instructions


    1. Separate crabmeat until finely shredded. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

    2. Add crabmeat; mix; chill.



    Final Comments


    Serve with low fat crackers. Yield about 3 cups.
