    These are soooo yummy!!! I didn't have the paprika, but I am still going to leave it in the recipe as the origional had it...


    List of Ingredients


    • 3-4 pounds pork ribs
    • 1 c. maple syrup
    • 1/2 c. applesauce
    • 1/4 c. catsup
    • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. paprika
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. Place ribs in a pot with enough water to cover.
      Simmer for 10-30 minutes. (The longer you simmer, the more tender they become!)
    2. Combine all remaining ingrediants.
    3. Drain ribs and place in 9x12x2 (aka cake) pan.
    4. Pour half of mixture over ribs.
    5. Bake uncovered @ 325F for 1 1/2 hours until meat thermometer reaches 160F. (or further until tender)
    6. *Baste often with remaining mixture while cooking!*
