Maple Ribs

Recipe Introduction
These are soooo yummy!!! I didn't have the paprika, but I am still going to leave it in the recipe as the origional had it...
List of Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds pork ribs
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Place ribs in a pot with enough water to cover.
Simmer for 10-30 minutes. (The longer you simmer, the more tender they become!)
- Combine all remaining ingrediants.
- Drain ribs and place in 9x12x2 (aka cake) pan.
- Pour half of mixture over ribs.
- Bake uncovered @ 325F for 1 1/2 hours until meat thermometer reaches 160F. (or further until tender)
- *Baste often with remaining mixture while cooking!*
