Recipe Introduction


The recipe that's been a favorite for years...Makes about 9 cups.





List of Ingredients



• 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  
• 1 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  
• 4 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  
• 2 c. Corn Chex cereal
  
• 2 c. Rice Chex cereal
  
• 2 c. Bran Chex cereal
  
• 2 c. Wheat Chex cereal
  
• 1 c. salted mixed nuts
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 250F.
   
2. Heat butter in a large shallow roasting pan (about 15x10x2 inches)in oven until melted.
   
3. Remove.
   
4. Stir in seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce.
   
5. Add Chex and nuts.
   
6. Mix until all pieces are coated.
   
7. Heat in oven 1 hour.
   
8. Stir every 15 minutes
   
9. Spread on adsorbent paper to cool.
   






Final Comments


Party Mix may be frozen, so make a double batch. Thaw at room temp. in container in which it was stored.
