    List of Ingredients


    • 4 squares Baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
    • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
    • 2 1/2 cups cold milk
    • 2 pkg (4-serving size) Jello chocolate flavor instand pudding & pie filling
    • Thawed Cool Whip whipped topping


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 for glass pie plate). Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
    2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, then nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
    3. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Spread over cooled brownie pie. Top with whipped topping. Garnish with grated Baker's chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
