    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup whipping cream
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 2 tsp cornstarch
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 4 squares (1 oz each) white baking chocolate
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3 cups whipped topping
    • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
    • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan heat the cream just to a boil. In a bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in yolks until combined. Stir in a small amount of hot cream into yolk mixture; return all to pan. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until mixture reaches 160 degrees and is thickened. Stir in chocolate until melted; add vanilla. Cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Layer whipped topping and fruit in parfait glasses.
