Plum and Pineapple Sangia

List of Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple, cut into a mixture of chunks and spears
- 4 Plums, pitted and sliced
- 1 Tbsp superfine sugar
- 3 oz Cointreau
- 3 oz Brandy
- 1 - 750 ml bottle chilled fruity red wine
- 1 1/3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- In pitcher, combine pineapple and plums. Sprinkle with sugar and stir to combine. Add Cointreau and Brandy; let stand at least 1 hour. Stir in wine, pineapple juice, and sparkling water. Add more sugar if desired, serve chilled.
Final Comments
Makes about 2 1/4 quarts
