    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Pineapple, cut into a mixture of chunks and spears
    • 4 Plums, pitted and sliced
    • 1 Tbsp superfine sugar
    • 3 oz Cointreau
    • 3 oz Brandy
    • 1 - 750 ml bottle chilled fruity red wine
    • 1 1/3 cups pineapple juice
    • 1 cup sparkling water


    Instructions


    1. In pitcher, combine pineapple and plums. Sprinkle with sugar and stir to combine. Add Cointreau and Brandy; let stand at least 1 hour. Stir in wine, pineapple juice, and sparkling water. Add more sugar if desired, serve chilled.


    Final Comments


    Makes about 2 1/4 quarts
