    Baked Pork Chops w/ Parmesan-Sage Crust

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs made from crustless French bread
    • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 Tbsp dried rubbed sage
    • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 4 pork loin chops

    • 2 Tbsp butter
    • 2 Tbsp olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, sage and lemon peel. Whisk eggs in medium bowl. Place flour on plate; season. Coat pork on both sides with flour. Dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
    2. Melt butter and oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops to skillet and cook 2 minutes per side. Transfer to oven, bake about 20 minutes.
