List of Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz fully baked thin pizza
- 1 3/4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups roast chicken strips
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 6 Tbsp frozen corn kernals, thawed and drained
- 6 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2/3 cup drained fresh salsa
Instructions
- Position rack in center of oven, preheat to 425 degrees. Place center on rimless baking sheet. Leaving 3/4" plain border, sprinke 1 cup cheese, chicken and cumin over crust. Top with onion, 4 Tbsp corn, 4 Tbsp cilantro, 3/4 cup cheese and remainder of corn. Bake pizza until crust is crisp and topping is heated through, about 13 minutes. Top with salsa and remaining cilantro.
- *Serve with sour cream if desired.
