Asian Glazed Cornish Hens

Make marinade 8 hours in advance.
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 galic clove, minced
- 2 - 1 1/2 lb cornish hens
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip top plastic bag; add hens. Seal and chill 8 hours.
- Remove hens from marinade. Place on lightly greased rack in a roasting pan. Bring marinade to a boil in small saucepan, remove from heat.
- Bake hens at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade. Cover hens after hour to prevent excess browning, if necessary.
