    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 2 tsp vegetable oil
    • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
    • 1 cup sliced onion
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 - 15 oz chunky tomato sauce
    • 1/3 cup wine
    • 1/4 tsp sugar
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat lightly with flour. In large skiller, in hot oil, lightly brown chicken on both sides; remove and set aside. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to skillet; saute until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over to coat. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
