    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
    • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh or 2 tsp dried oregano
    • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 1 (28 oz) can crushed fire-roasted tomatoes, undrained
    • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes, undrained


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, basil, parsley and oregano; saute 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in vinegar and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.


    Final Comments
