    • 3/4 Cup sugar
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
    • 1/4 Cup Butter
    • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
    • 1 Tsp. Salt
    • 1 Tsp. vanilla

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. Mash the bananas in medium mixing bowl.
    3. Add the sugar, egg, butter and vanilla. Mix until blended.
    4. Add the baking soda, salt and flour to the mixture. Mix well.
    5. Put the mixture in either a greased 81/2 x 41/2 x 21/2 loaf pan or a small greased bundt pan. Grease with Pam.

    7. Cool before removing bread from pan.
    8. Serve warm with butter or cream cheese.
