    Teriyaki Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    1 cup grapefruit juice
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 fresh red chile, halved
    2-inch piece ginger, smashed

    2 dozen chicken wings

    Recipe



    combine all ingredients into a pot and bring to a slow boil.
    Cook stirring, until thickened, about 20 minutes.

    Bake the chicken wings at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until the skin gets crispy. With tongs, dip the wings in the teriyaki sauce and return them to the oven for 10 minutes to glaze.
