CHICKEN FAJITA DIP
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Sour cream
1 pkg Fajita Seasoning
1 ½ cups shredded Mexican Cheese (or Cheddar)
½ cup salsa
1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
Tortilla Chips
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Mexican cheese and salsa. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Stir in chicken. Spoon mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 8 appetizer servings.Recipe
