Chicken Wings
This covers 5 pounds of chicken wings; freezes well.
1/2 cup oil
6 medium onions, chopped
6 cups tomato sauce
3 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 cup salt (if you like)
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
Saute onions, add rest of ingredients; bring to a boil. Simmer 1/2 hour. Cut tip off wings and place in a shallow pan. Pour sauce over wings and bake 1 hour at 350 to 375.Recipe
