New Crabmeat Appetizer Recipe
6 English muffins
1/2 stick butter
1 small jar Old English Cheese
1 1/2 Tbs mayo
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
1Tbs minced onion
6 oz lump crab meat
Blend softened butter and cheese with mixer. Add mayo, garlic salt, pepper, onion. Blend. Stir in crab meat and mix thoroughly. Spread on split muffin halves. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for about 15 - 20 minutes. (I have just realized that I goofed... I used 1 stick of butter. Sure was good!!) Thanks for the help with this recipe. It was a huge hit!!
