English muffins
bottled Ranch dressing
chicken breast, cooked and cubed
bacon, cooked and crumbled
Swiss cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350. Spread english muffins with ranch dressing. Top with the chicken, bacon and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut into 4 wedges for appetizer servings.[/QUOTE]
Kiop: This sounds good and quick and easy. I work at a restaurant and we have all the ingredients for this, with homemade ranch ( I can't stand any bottled dressing except italian blends or Ken's Creamy Italian, which I can't find anywhere!) I work at a Denny's and on Wed. & Thurs. we close the doors at Midnight. Sometimes if I'm working(usually off) I'll make a special treat when the last customer is gone. I was a cook there for the last year and a half and now am a server due to an allergic reaction to the grease.( while cleaning) This would be a great little snack to have before we start our end of the night cleaning!
The deep fried pizza sounds good too, and I have a fryer, unfortunately as of last night I can't seem to find the cord for it It's gotta be somewhere around here!) and when I find it I will definately try this!
