    World's Best Pound Cake Ever

    This cake is out of this world!

    3 sticks of real butter (no substitutions)
    8 oz. cream cheese softened (no lite)
    3 Cups of sugar
    Cream all together until light and fluffy (almost like a meringue)

    Add:
    6 room temperature eggs one at a time until thoroughly mixed and fluffy

    1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla, or butter flavoring

    Add:
    3 Cups of "sifted cake flour"....(sift before measuring)

    When all is mixed until light and fluffy, spoon into a 10" tube pan or bundt pan that has been lightly greased.

    Bake 325 degrees for one and a half hours or till tests clean and top is golden brown.
    It will have almost a crispy crunchy top when you cut it.

    This cake is heavenly plain or can be topped with fresh fruits and whipped cream....or fruits and add a drizzle of your favorite liquor .
