    Bulgogi (Korean beef)
    1 3-lb roast, slightly frozen and sliced really thin into about 2-inch wide strips

    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 tbsp. maple syrup
    3 tbsp. rice wine or sherry
    8 cloves minced garlic
    2 tbsp. seseme oil
    4 chopped scallions
    2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    pinch red pepper flakes

    Rub the sliced beef w/ the brown sugar

    Mix the rest together and pour over meat slices and marinate an hour or more

    Soak wooden skewers in water for at least an hour, then thread meat on skewers. Grill!!
