    used this rub on NY strip steaks Sunday and it is one of the best rubs I've ever had. I got it out of my Woman's Day magazine and this is their version of the rub.

    Double the recipe and put it on thick! This would be great on any meat. smile.gif

    Outback Steakhouse Steak Rub

    1 T. Old Bay seasoning
    1 T. light brown sugar
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    1/4 t. onion powder
    1/4 t. ground cumin

    This is enough for 2 steaks. *I added cracked black pepper.
