    "house" Caesar Salad Dressing - Waterstreet Oyster Bar, Corpus Christi, TX
    Yet another recipe that was shared by the owners wife...

    8 anchovy fillets
    1.25t garlic, minced
    7.5t fresh lemon juice
    5.25t dijon mustard
    7T red wine vinegar
    1 2/3c. olive oil
    2/3c. sald oil
    2/3c. freshley grated parm. cheese
    2.5t black pepper
    .25t worschestershire
    .75t kosher salt

    Rinse and drain anchovy fillets. Chop fillets and place in blender or cuisinart. Combine remaining ingredients in blender and blen for 3 minutes. Berfore serving stir well. Makes 4 cups. Note: dressing will seperate.
