Our old friend and ck-er DAIRQUEEN was looking for a clone version of McDonald's Tangy Honey Mustard Sauce for Chicken Selects® Premium Breast Strips. After careful kitchen testing, I have it for you!
Jack's Version of McDonald's® Tangy Honey Mustard Sauce:
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise (I used Helman's®)
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (Grey Poupon™)
1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard (Gulden's®)
1 Tablespoon honey
3 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Coffee Mate™ non dairy creamer (the dry stuff)
½ teaspoon white vinegar
½ teaspoon ground mustard (Coleman's®)
Whisk ingredients together in a small, microwave safe bowl. When well combined, microwave on high for 20 seconds, remove and whisk together again. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Makes about 3 blister packs of Mcdonald's Tangy Honey Mustard Sauce.
