    My Mom's Scalloped Potatoes

    In a 9x13 pan that you have sprayed w/ PAM (sometimes I use a bigger disposable one, depending on how many are coming for dinner...like today!!!!)

    Red potatoes, washed, do not peel
    Shredded Cheddar
    Shredded Parmesan
    Garlic Pepper seasoning
    Salt
    Butter
    Half n Half

    Spray whatever pan you are using w/ Pam.

    Start 1st layer by slicing potatoes thinly..not thicker than 1/4".

    Sprinkle salt and Garlic pepper on potatoes.

    Dot w/ butter - be generous

    Dot w/ cubed Velveeta 0 be generous

    Sprinkle w/ grated cheddar and parm - be generous

    Layer more potatoes and following ingreds.

    I do about 3 layers, ending w/ potatoes - salt and pepper.

    Mix up some Progresso Bread Crumbs w/ melted butter till crumbly.....I add some Parm to it, too.

    Around edges of pan, pour half n half or milk till it comes up about 3/4 of the way, but NOT covering the top. Bake, uncovered, 350 till potatoes are tender.
