Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes

Delicious side dish, and creme fraiche is very easy to make.
List of Ingredients
8-9 small red potatoes (NOT the tiny new ones)
4 Tbs butter
1 cup creme fraiche
salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste Recipe
1 Wash but don't peel the potatoes.
2 Place in a large pot of water.
3 Boil over medium heat until the potatoes are soft, about 15 minutes, then drain.
4 Mash the potatoes then add the butter, creme fraiche, salt and and pepper to taste.
Servings: 4
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
