    Dry Ribs


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs spareribs, cut short
    • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. water
    • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1 Tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ginger
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 4 eggs slightly beaten


    Instructions


    1. Mix soya sauce, water, sugar, garlic powder, salt and ginger in a bowl. Add flour. Add eggs and mix. Add ribs and let sit for 1/2 hour. Fry a few at a time in 375 degree fat until brown.
