Dry Ribs
List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs spareribs, cut short
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
Instructions
- Mix soya sauce, water, sugar, garlic powder, salt and ginger in a bowl. Add flour. Add eggs and mix. Add ribs and let sit for 1/2 hour. Fry a few at a time in 375 degree fat until brown.
